At Crimson Allure, we strive to deliver high-quality fancy jewellery, customized jewellery, handmade home dΓ©cor, and lifestyle products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for the following reasons:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Incorrect product delivered

Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • An uncut and unedited opening video of the parcel must be recorded and submitted.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, invoices, and accessories must be intact.

Failure to provide an unboxing video will result in rejection of the return request.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery (unless damaged during transit)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Color fading or tarnishing due to exposure to perfumes, water, sweat, chemicals, or improper storage
  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • The product will be inspected upon receipt.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged Items Policy

If you receive a damaged product:

  1. Record an uncut, clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Order ID
    • Photos of the damaged item
    • Unboxing video

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

5. Customized Orders Refund Policy

For fully customized jewellery:

  • 70% advance payment is required at confirmation.
  • 30% payment is required at delivery.

Customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage.

If the customized product is not delivered within the committed timeline (excluding delays due to material sourcing), a full refund will be issued.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days.

7. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

Crimson Allure shall not be liable for:

  • Minor color variations due to photography lighting or screen differences
  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Damage caused by improper usage or storage after delivery
